Gina Paulhus, at twenty-five years of age, is the reason over 100 people in the greater Boston area are currently achieving a new level of fitness while enjoying the convenience and comfort of exercising at home and having a fitness professional come right to his or her door.
Gina Paulhus had a vision in 2003 that people at home could enjoy the services of a personal trainer without having to join a gym. Gina Paulhus had a vision that effective exercise at home based on sound principles could make it easier for a busy person with lots of interests and too little time fit exercise into his or her life. Gina has nine years of experience in the industry, signing on with the Tri-Towne (Amesbury, MA) YMCA at the ripe age of 15 as a fitness instructor. She has trained hundreds of clients at the Tri-Towne YMCA, the Seacoast YMCA in Portsmouth, NH, Bally's Total Fitness in Revere, MA, and Gold's Gym in Salisbury, MA. She has also coached hundreds of youngsters at All Around Gymnastics Training Center in Salisbury, MA...all of this while pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business at UMass Lowell.
Gina wasn't sure if she would continue in her passion, which was fitness, or go on to Graduate School in Psychology or Business. In late 2003 one of Gina's clients made such an astounding turnaround in her life that Gina was convinced fitness was her calling. With a start-up budget of $650 and still in school, Gina purchased some office supplies, equipment, business cards, and obtained the necessary licenses to open up her in-home personal training idea for business. While many of her college friends were signing on the dotted line for corporate paychecks, Gina didn't know where her first client would come from.
Fast-forward to one year later, and Gina is publishing the book, "Mind Over Fatter," a 325-page resource about the physical AND mental aspects of diet and training (thank goodness that psychology degree came in handy!). Fast-forward to two years later, January 2006, and Gina continued to train clients as well as manage five other Home Bodies trainers, and she personally has helped over 100 individuals lose weight, gain body tone, and have more energy than they have had in years. Her website receives over 9,000 hits a month, and her health and fitness newsletter circulates throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Her e-zine is read by people all over the world.
Gina's drive and ambition she has applied to her business is the same drive and ambition that allows her to keep herself in fabulous shape and will inspire you to do the same. Gina will challenge you to demand more from yourself than you ever thought possible. Mediocre doesn't cut it in her world! At the same time, she is nurturing and considerate when someone is struggling to get into shape. Gina wants to leave 'no man behind' as a fitness trainer and coach.

It’s not unusual for my clients to give me a huge hug and exclaim, 'thank you, thank you!' during a session. About Carolyn Clark, Yoga Instructor.
"I started to train in Vinyasa Yoga because of my background in dance and fitness where moving and 'flow' is a common theme. Vinyasa 'flow' incorporates the steady movement or 'flow' from one pose to another, and I find that students develop a far greater understanding of the poses and their benefits by understanding how to move through them, to use them to gracefully create an atmosphere of strength and flexibility tied to a deeper understanding of the body and the mind.
What sets me apart as an excellent teacher is the fact that I love to teach, I love positively affecting others, and I love seeing my clients realize that they are truly advancing in their practice and that their practice is bringing clarity and ease to their lives. I also have a deep understanding of psychology, anatomy and nutrition which supports my entire commitment to teaching and practicing yoga."Click here to read more about Carolyn Clark, Yoga Instructor offering private home and studio yoga classes.
