Stacie is an expert personal trainer specializing in helping clients lose fat, build strength, and make fitness a lifestyle. She works with a wide variety of clients both in-person and virtually, ranging from Boston to California and beyond.

“My training style focuses on longevity and incorporating exercise you’ll use in your day-to-day life. I believe that exercise and making your health a priority is one of the most important activities you can undertake. My goal is for clients to build healthy habits they can stick to forever (instead of starting over every Monday or January) by making fitness a lifestyle. ‘Just keep showing up… and then do that forever’ is something I live by.”

In home sessions are $150 each and remote sessions are $130 each. Sessions are prepaid by the month, but we encourage you to book just one to start to be sure you love it! From there, we will create a custom number of visits per month based upon your preference.
