For visual people, an image of what the ideal amount of food for your health and energy needs looks like can be helpful. This guide shows what it looks like eating out and also while eating in. Keep in mind, calories aren't always the be-all end-all, but they can give us an idea of what is enough. Also, the amount of food you 'want' and the amount you 'need' usually aren't the same!
