If you don't have much time to spend exercising, don't want to buy an expensive home gym, and don't know how to perform many exercises, no worries: you're in luck! You can get in great shape working out in your own "home gym" consisting or a set of dumbbells, and a home workout plan that takes 10-30 minutes, 2-3 times per week.

*The 4 Things You Need to Do for Flat, Sexy Lower Abs*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You might THINK you want lower abdominal exercises, but if you're like most people, what you REALLY want is a flat, sexy stomach. Keep reading to learn the quickest and most effective way to tone and firm the abs and, most importantly, get rid of your tummy for good!

The first thing you need to know in your quest for gorgeous abs is that there are four components to achieving an enviable midsection. Many people mistakenly believe that, if only they could find that "magic" lower abdominal exercise, they could get rid of their stomach. Unfortunately, flattening and toning the tummy area is a bit more complicated than that--but it doesn't have to be hard, or mysterious. Click here to learn the four things you need to do to get great lower abs.

*Fat Loss Supplement on the Cheap!*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You may have heard of Apple Cidar Vinegar Diet tablets. Well, those MIGHT be an effective fat loss supplement, but Apple Cidar Vinegar ITSELF can definately promote fat loss and overall good health and well being in conjunction with a controlled calorie diet and exercise.

While you're generally not sure what you're getting with an Apple Cidar Vinegar pill or capsule, that's not true for the Vinegar itself found right at your local grocery store: and the Vinegar is inexpensive at around $1-$2 per liter bottle.

Apple Cidar Vinegar works by regulating the pH in your body: that is, the acid and alkaline balance. This can be thrown off from optimal due to stress, quality of diet, illness, and the environment. Apple Cidar Vinegar also tends to regulate blood sugar which controls appetite and carbohydrate cravings. It absorbs excess fluids and toxins in the body and allows them to be flushed out, reducing water retention and bloating.

Take 2 tsp. of Apple Cidar Vinegar (found in the salad dressing section at the grocery store) mixed with 2-3 oz. of water, 1-3 times per day.

*Intermediate and Advanced Home Workout Options*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For the majority of beginning exercisers, a home gym doesn't have to be complicated OR expensive. A set of adjustable dumbbells (or a rack of different weight dumbbells), a workout bench, a fitness ball, and a spot on the floor are adequate for your home gym. However, due to boredom or the need to incorporate more advanced exercises, you may wish to add to this basic set-up, especially after you've been following a regular exercise routine for awhile.

Oftentimes I am asked which types of equipment should be purchased for a home gym, and where to find it. Unless you're willing to spend a significant amount of time looking around your local stores hoping for a good deal on the equipment I'm recommending, and have the means to bring the item(s) back to your home, your best (and least expensive) bet is to purchase fitness equipment factory-direct online. Click here to see some pieces I recommend for rounding out your home gym, based on the exercises I've found to be most effective for my clients to do.
