WE ARE THE FIRST ADULT-ONLY GYMNASTICS CAMP!
This will be our 10th camp.
Come to a 3-day camp where competitive and recreational adult gymnasts of all levels can learn at their own pace alongside our tremendous staff! We focus on the women's artistic events, but men are welcome to come play. In addition to approximately 14 hours of available gymnastics instruction, there will be a Saturday and Sunday night group activity. There will also be a group lunch Monday after the training.
There are 2 major airports within an hour (Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and Logan International Airport). Once you are in the area of Atlantic Gymnastics in Portsmouth, you should not need a vehicle, unless you want to go sight-seeing on your own.

*You may come to some, or part, of any session. Attendance at all sessions is never required!
THE CAMP WILL BE STAFFED BY THE COACHES OF ATLANTIC GYMNASTICS, A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED JO CLUB owned by Tony Retrosi! We will also have some guest coaches. Coaches we plan to have at camp:
--Annie Cole, rec coach
--Alexis Nault, former DIII competitive gymnast from Hamline and former Atlantic team coach
--Alana Lepine, adaptive movement director at Atlantic and former DI competitive gymnast at UNH
--Nora Thompson, coach at Palastra with decades of experience
--Liz Verhey, team and rec coach at Massachusetts Gymnastics Center
--Alli Brisson, team coach all levels at Atlantic gymnastics
--Kristin Anzelone Martin, team coach levels 6-10 at GBC
--Eileen Pallazolo, long time Adult Gymnastics Coach and yoga instructor
--Tony Retrosi, International Clinician and Owner of Atlantic Gymnastics
--Meghan Mello (formerly Meghan Hunt) back to serve as our Athletic Trainer
--Bryan Paulhus, AAU coach
--Directed by Gina Paulhus, long time adult gymnast, certified personal trainer and two-time AAU Ladies Level 8 National Champion
We will have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced group so that all levels and abilities of gymnasts feel comfortable.
The facility offers:
-4 high beams including a "railroad beam."
-4 low beams
-2 sets uneven bars
-1 pit bar
-1 full size floor including tumbling into resi
-1 tumbletrak including tumbtrak vault into loose foam
-1 vault into resi
-trampoline and mini tramp
-mushroom, parallel bars and rings suitable for conditioning
The focus of this camp will be on drills and skills that adult gymnastics wish to learn or improve on the various gymnastics apparatus including trampoline and tumbletrak. Conditioning, dance, flexibility and maximizing performance as an adult gymnast will also be covered. You do not have to be in "good shape" to participate! You will always be permitted to work at your own pace.

We can always apply the coupon afterwards if it turns out that you have 3 teammates from your gym and as long as everyone's payment were completed by 11/25/2019!)
Well, it does snow in NH quite often in the winter, so that is a good question! We will have camp as long as the Atlantic staff can keep the parking lot plowed. The hotels are minutes away from the gym which will make commuting less of an issue for folks who are traveling.
If we do have to offically cancel any one of the four training sessions of camp due to weather, you will be refunded a pro-rate of your camp fee for each canceled session.
Bottom line: Please do not risk you safety to get here. We will do our best to work with you on applying the money from any missed session toward a future camp.
