Bodyrecomposition is for the advanced exerciser who doesn’t mind a technical/science bent (it’s still written in everyday language) and is interested in the theory of training and nutrition, cyclical dieting, and the integration of training and nutrition. Personally, it's my favorite and most visited site. The forums are great as well, and the author actually answers questions on there :) I highly recommend his books, as well.
