update on improvements
Hi this is Anna, from Wisconsin. Since my last comment I have managed to get down to 128 lbs, only 4 lbs from my weight goal. I am now 58 years old and continue to do the cardio alternating with weight training, yoga and pilates. I've also added swimming laps at an indoor highschool pool (30 min. 2-3 X week).
Using both arms and legs has really helped me shed alot of weight. I am not ashamed to be seen in a swimsuit now. I am so happy that some people have benefited from my first comment. It's nice to know you can make a difference in someone's life and I want to thank all those who have taken the time to leave such wonderful comments!
