Here is a great super green smoothie recipe to use to help get your morning going, or to help bridge the gap between lunch and dinner. Feel free to tweak it as needed for your taste and the ingredients you have on hand.
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 cups raw spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 tbsp flaxseed oil or coconut oil
dash of sea salt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
"Skip the gym...do the workout."
