Stop over eating

I work out (cardio and weight training and ab workout) 4 days a week. I eat alot of fruits and veggies, chicken (not fried). You're not going to lose any body fat if you eat McDonalds every day even if you do workout every once and a while. Eat healthy, do cardio and you will lose the weight but it takes longer than a week to acheive. In other words, stop being lazy!

I totally agree that it takes commitment to see results you can be proud of! Some folks aren't well versed in what healthy nutrition is and isn't, and pages like this can help them understand which will further motivate them to make the necessary changes.
