I work out (cardio and weight training and ab workout) 4 days a week. I eat alot of fruits and veggies, chicken (not fried). You're not going to lose any body fat if you eat McDonalds every day even if you do workout every once and a while. Eat healthy, do cardio and you will lose the weight but it takes longer than a week to acheive. In other words, stop being lazy!
