There isn't much to say except OH MY GOD, THIS WORKS!!!! I'm a dancer and have always had that horrible extra pouch of flab on my lower abs...i HATED having to show my bare stomach but didn't have much of a choice! Then my friend decided to study Kick Boxing Instructing and asked me to be her practise client. I swear, it is HEAPS of fun and i feel absolutely fantastic! I still have a bit of flesh (that was my own decision though) but my stomach is wash board FLAT!!! I would go as far as saying that its a miracle! hehe...
Kick Boxing makes you feel strong and firm and my stomach is beautiful and flat! So now i feel confident and wouldn't recommend doing it any other way!
DO IT PEOPLE!!!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!
