It's possible to make your own juice cleanse smoothies at home for little cost. Simply mix the following in a blender with a little water and ice.
Recipe #1: 4 small slices of cantelope, 4 small slices of honey dew melon, 5 grape tomatoes, 1 stalk of Kale.
Recipe #2: half a beet, 4 small slices of pineapple, 6 raspberries, 5 slices of cucumber
Recipe #3--My favorite: 6 blackberries, 6 blueberries, 6 raspberries, 4 strawberries, 1 teaspoon of honey mixed with ice and water.
This is a healthy and easy way to get fruits and vegetables. I have 2 per day.
You can mix in the am and bring them to work in a thermos. Add protein powder if you need something more substantial.
