Betsy pulls no punches when it comes to describing how she feels about group exercise. She quipped, "I joined a gym...I went to an aerobics class regularly...I HATED EVERY SECOND OF IT."

But this just isn't your garden-variety weight loss story! We hear about how she recovered from a double knee replacement to go on to even greater levels of fitness, how she "assembles meals" rather than cooks them, and how she managed to eat chocolate every single day of her weight loss journey.
