Healthy Coffee Recipes

Even though hitting the drive through and grabbing that icy cold coffee concoction is rather tempting--resist! These quick make-at-home sweet and energizing treats are so much better for your waistline--and for your wallet. Simply add ice and toss into a blender--or for a winter version, heat and serve!

White Chocolate Mocha

8 oz. brewed coffee

1/2 cup milk (any type)

1 Tbsp. coconut oil

3 Tbsp. chopped cacao butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1-2 Tbsp. coconut sugar

Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee

8 oz. brewed coffee

2 Tbsp. chocolate-hazelnut spread

3 Tbsp. milk (any type)

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Salted Caramel Latte

8 oz. brewed coffee

1 Tbsp. unsalted grass-fed butter

1 tsp. coconut oil

1 tsp. vanilla extract

3 pitted dates

1-2 tsp. raw honey

Pinch salt (or more, to taste)

Coconut Cardamom Latte

8 oz. brewed coffee

1/3 cup coconut cream

1 Tbsp. coconut oil

1/4 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp. ground cardamom

Pinch cinnamon

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 Tbsp. coconut sugar, optional

Bonus: For the Adventurous!  Coffee-Banana Smoothie

8 oz. brewed coffee

1 frozen ripe banana

1 Tbsp. raw honey

2 Tbsp. raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup ice
