Gluten free me!!

I read the book "Wheat Belly" by cardiologist, William Davis a few weeks ago and decided to go wheat and gluten free...never felt better in my life! More energy, no more bowel "issues", and am losing weight without changing anything else in my diet...I'm amazed. Lot's of great food products out there to help, but am mostly eating whole foods that are not processed.
