It can be frustrating to break out a new recipe and get to work, only to find that the creation turns out to be less-than-stellar. Since my cooking skills leave a little bit to be desired, I solicited the help of one of my best clients, Rebecca, to send me some recipes that she makes for herself and her family. These are 3 of her favorites.

Packing your lunch is a smart way to make sure you don't go off the rails come lunch hour! Studies show that BMI is higher for most people the more often they eat out. Packing lunch from home is a great way to keep portions and calories under control.
