Cut out 1 treat and replace it with fruit to lose weight

One tip I have is to cut out 1 treat and replace it with fruit to lose weight.

I must confess that I love crisps and biscuits!! I eat at least 5 packs a day, but am lucky because I only weigh 7 stone. The problem is my belly was not very toned. I cut out crisps for 2 weeks and my stomach has changed. It's much flatter already! If you're hungry try drinking a glass of water first because our bodies often mistake thirst for hunger.

The drinking water tip is a great one that is often overlooked! Thank you for pointing that out. It's also so healthy for our body to take in at least 64 oz. of pure water each day. Thanks for chiming in!
