cinnamon roasted chickpeas

This super-easy recipe makes a healthy, nutritious snack for taking along to the beach or pool, or for picnics!

How to make cinnamon roasted chickpeas

1.  First, drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Dry them on a paper towel.

2.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spread the chickpeas on the sheet in a single layer, and bake for 35-45 minutes or until crispy.

3.  While they are still warm, toss them in a bowl containing one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of honey, and cinnamon to taste. Spread them back on the baking sheet, and bake another 10 minutes or until caramelized.
