5-week "Habit-Changer" Program

We will help you eliminate at least three "bad" habits you would like to get rid of, and replace them with good habits such as healthier eating and an exercise routine.

This program typically results in 10-15 lbs. of weight loss, improved fitness, and more body tone and definition.....$395

9-week "In the Routine" Program

In addition to helping you eliminate three "bad" habits and replace them with good ones, we will design exercise routines and nutrition approaches that you can carry into the rest of the year and continue to progress, whether it be on your own or with a trainer.

This program typically results in 15-30 lbs. of weight loss, improved fitness, and more body tone and definition.....two payments of $337

13-week "New You" Program

In addition to helping you eliminate three "bad" habits and replace them with good ones, we will work with you on an ongoing basis to make sure your exercise, nutrition, and health program is optimized at all times and that you achieve the best results as quickly as possible. We will ensure that you stay accountable for the three months of the program. We also will design exercise routines and nutrition approaches that you can carry into the rest of the year and continue to progress, whether it be on your own or with a trainer

This program typically results in 20-40 lbs. of weight loss, improved fitness, and more body tone and definition.....three payments of $303
