Meet Dot Downey, Home Bodies in-home fitness trainer to Greater Boston, the South Shore, and Quincy MA areas.

You cannot wait for an economy to shift, to decide to get healthy. Your level of health affects everything you do and everyone you meet. Without your health, you are limiting your potential!

I have been guiding, teaching, training, coaching and motivating people for 20 years. I work with those looking for relief from stagnation of any kind.

My approach to training is holistic and individualized. I draw from my experience as Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Martial Artist, Nutrition Specialist, and of course... as Human Being, juggling many responsibilities!

I will partner with you as you enter into a new chapter of your life. I will give you the tools you need to make healthier lifestyle choices. I will coach you in any transition that you are considering. I will guide you in setting measurable and realistic goals. I will encourage you to go further than you think you can. I will help you to identify blocks and reoccurring patterns that get in the way of your success.

You will rid yourself of old habits and clear any emotional blocks. You will make choices that empower you. You will have the proper time-frame to practice new, healthy, good habits. You will gain confidence and know consistency. You will learn how to care for your body and prevent disease. You will get the keys to unlock a successful and healthy future!
