This plan offers all the benefits of the Bronze plan, but your program will have more variety, which will yield better results and help squelch boredom. Your diet will include specific meal templates to help you plan meals and snacks that fit your guidelines with ease. You will also learn a new motivational tactic every other week to help you gain willpower to stick to the program, and enjoy an in-home personal training session with your trainer every other week to help with form, improved results, and motivation.

This plan offers all the benefits of the Gold plan, but you will also receive a personalized supplement regimen recommendation for accelerated results. You will enjoy even more variety in your workouts because you will meet with the trainer once per week and have a completely different workout every time you see the trainer. You will learn a new motivational tactic every week rather than every other week. You will stay motivated because the trainer will be coming every week to check up on you and give you a great workout!
