cut out 1 treat and replace with fruit
i love crisp and biscuits!! i eat at least 5 packs a day, but am lucky coz i only weigh 7 stone. but my belly was not very toned. i cut out crisps for 2 wks and my stomach has changed. its much flatter already. if your hungry try drinkin a glass of water first because our bodies often mistake thirst for hunger.
