If you just are not a breakfast person and havenít been able to get yourself to start eating it, treat yourself to an early lunch or a morning snack. You'll enjoy many of the benefits that breakfast-eaters get, including better weight control, less tendency to snack, less tendency to overeat in the evening, and a faster metabolism. You'll also feel better and perform better during the day. Please don't wait until 1pm or 2pm to chow down!
