Turbo Workout:

Maximum Reults in Minimum Time


Turbo Workout Program Design: Jump-Start

This program design will leave you will three weight-training and three cardio workouts per week that will take just 30 minutes three times per week to perform. The turbo workout is challenging but extremely time-efficient. Not everyone will be qualified to participate in this intense workout plan.

The Turbo Workout Program Design Includes:
--a health and wellness consultation and evaluation
--Three (3) 60-minute in-home personal training sessions
during which you will learn how to perform your own personal turbo workouts

Turbo Workout with Weekly Personal Training

This plan includes the Program design you see above, plus one 60-minute personal training visit per week during which we will take you through a turbo workout, make modifications as needed to your turbo workouts, and answer any questions you may have about your turbo workouts.

The Turbo Workout Program Design Includes:

--a health and wellness consultation and evaluation
--Four (4) 45-minute In-home personal training sessions during which you will work out and learn the routines you will follow on your own for the rest of the week

Turbo Workout with Regular Personal Training

This plan includes the Program design you see above, plus three 30-minute personal training visit per week during which we will take you through a turbo workout, make modifications as needed to your turbo workouts, and answer any questions you may have about your turbo workouts.

The Turbo Workout Program Design Includes:

--a health and wellness consultation and evaluation
--Twelve (12) 30-minute In-home personal training sessions during which you will perform your turbo workouts
